Liver Support Group
Meets every Thursday, 3 p.m.

This support group is for patients and their families who are waiting or recovering from liver transplant at Rush. The support group shares stories with one another and is facilitated by a chaplain and social worker. Call Carla Albergo, LSW, (312) 563-4223, with any questions.

Life After Stroke: An Education Class for Adult Survivors and Families
Offered in partnership with the Comprehensive Stroke Program at Rush

Meets the second Tuesday of each month from 1 to 2 p.m.

Join us for a group offering support and information for adult stroke survivors and their families. A support team of a physician, nurse, case manager, ethicist and spiritual care will provide education and coping techniques for the changes that occur after a stroke.
